That you have personalized health is really where, personally, I think consumers should focus is there is this core set of universal beliefs of just like eat whole food, avoid highly processed food that are universal to everyone. But then outside of that, I think the definition of health and what people should be eating is personalized and custom. And people, what works for you might not work for me. Yeah. And so so much of our, you know, our offering at Sweetgreen and R, as we thought about broadening the menu, was creating that range of options so customers can self select into whatever health journey or nutrition journey makes sense for them or whatever flavor journey or whatever they're feeling, you know, whether they're, you know, their goals have changed and they're working out way more and, you know, all these things are so interconnected that there is not this one black and white rule of this is how everyone should eat. Yes. And so, at the end of the day, for us, it's been creating that transparency, but also that range of options for customers. So if someone wants 90 grams of protein in their dinner and they wanna be able to get that with clean inputs they they trust, that's great. If someone just wants, like, you know, a lighter bowl for lunch or creating that range of options for customers and that transparency around how things are sourced and what's going into your food ultimately is the priority. You guys have heard me talk about bite toothpaste before. I am absolutely obsessed with it. I feel like everyone is starting to realize how detrimental regular toothpaste can be and what it's full of. We are swallowing 5 to 7% of our toothpaste every single time we brush, which is absolutely insane. And most commercial toothpastes are filled with harsh chemicals, artificial flavors, and preservatives, not things you wanna be putting in your mouth, let alone eating. Bite makes dry toothpaste tablets made with clean ingredients that are sulfate free, palm oil free, and glycerin free. You just pop them in your mouth, chew it up, and start brushing. It will turn into a paste like you're used to, but with no

Like, you wanted to get advice on something, and it was like, oh my god. I pooped my pants. Like, you wouldn't wanna use your voice. I literally did that yesterday. No. Almost. No. I have to tell you. I mean, you know, I've been pooping my pants for 2 weeks because of this new supplement I'm on. I was so unwell yesterday. It's fine. You shot yourself in Miami? I almost did, and then I had to take a whole flight home. And I was literally on the plane, like, No. Yeah. That's a long flight to be. It was that. It was yes. Well, did you know did you listen to my last solo? No. I'd no. I didn't. Rude. Rude. I was last week was so busy, and then I was gone. You don't care about me at all? No. I just have Actually, we're working on that. And I was like, I have no idea what this is about or anything at all. You're gonna die because I sat down, and I was like, Normally, I have someone in the room. I have some energy, but today, I'm truly by myself. Like, it was really weird, but I I had been sampling You know what? Oh, yeah. That morning. Oh. So I was on cloud 9, just Vyvan. There you go. And I have a bunch of DMs from the girls being like, you were on crack. On that episode. You'll know why suit? Yeah. Period. I'm releasing crack. Take that out. Take that out. Maybe not. Maybe not. Anyway, today is Eclipse day here in Austin and everywhere. Right? I think, yes, everywhere, but I think, like, here is one of the best places to see it, this in Dallas. I don't understand it. Clearly, I don't because Everyone can find it, like, a clip party glasses. Marty's like, what are we doing for the eclipse? I'm like, is it a thing? Like, it happens, like, 1 PM. No? 132. I thought so Greg messed up the calendar, and he was like, oh my god. We're in that important meeting. We're gonna have to take a pause and be We need to go outside and see the eclipse. Yeah. But it's actually right before. Okay. So let's go outside. I have glasses. We'll go, like, Take a minute, but people are being really extra about the Eclipse

We recommend that you get a pen and paper out. This was a really good one and I left feeling with so much more knowledge and, you know, tips to use on my personal acne journey. I I really hope you guys enjoy the show. Just a reminder to subscribe, leave a review. Love you all so much, and let's hop right in. Danielle and Kaylee, welcome back to the Pursuit of Wellness. Thank you. So happy to be back here. I know. I'm so excited. This is our part 2 episode. If you guys have not listened to part 1, highly recommend you go back. It's the perfect introduction. I feel like we covered all the basics in that episode, and now we're gonna kinda dive into the part 2 more advanced stuff. I have kinda been on a whole journey since I last spoke to you guys. Started working with Emily Morrow, who I believe you guys partnered with for the acne lab. Yes. She's our acne lab specialist for our acne lab panel division. Which I really wanna talk about. And that unveiled for me a whole slew of internal problems, which I feel like we all kind of knew was occurring. Candida, mycotoxins, mold. So we'll talk about that. But first, I'd love to discuss why you guys decided to launch the AcneLab panel testing and what it's done for for the Cook brand. This has been a dream since almost day 1. So if anyone listening to this has listened to part 1, you know that we started because Danielle owns San Diego Acne Clinic, and she helps people get clear who are struggling with acne, and that's that's really where Clear Stem was born. But the other part of that, aside from topicals and then removing internal triggers, there's a certain percentage of people that are dealing with something more intense going on inside, and they can switch all their products over. They can remove all pore clogging ingredients. They can be using the best skin care for their skin. They can be exfoliating. They can remove all the the known acne triggers, and they're still dealing with acne. And if anyone listening has

That Waiting for permission. I think before my fitness journey. Mhmm. So I don't know how much you know of my story, but I lost £90 in 2017. And that's when I discovered you and Heidi and everyone, like, coming up in that era, and I became obsessed with bodybuilding. And I feel like going through that and realizing I could do pretty much anything Yeah. That's when you're like, oh, shoot. Like, I really don't need anyone's permission. I didn't have a business degree. I have so many goosebumps right now. It's like, what what you're saying right now is that was, like, that for me, I I was actually all in school. I was a copycat. I was I would cheat on everything. I would because because I had no confidence in my own answers ever, like, ever. I would look at I was a big drawer, so I would look at the other artists and, like, I would just literally go and sit next to their desk and, like, try to watch them to try to copy them. I I just wanted to be become a very good copycat in art and then in, like, in fitness. I wanted to talk like Greg Plitt. I wanted to, you know, I wanted to I I I was copying everything that I thought I wanted to become. And, eventually, when you try to copy something, you've end you end up finding your form. I love that you say that because I do feel like there's a negative connotation with being a copycat. But at the same time, when you look up to the people who are doing it the best and you shoot for the stars, you end up kind of finding your own path. A 100%. Maybe copycats aren't the not the perfect word to use. I can't think of a better word. But, like, maybe I don't know. Something like you have to have inspiration. And but before, like I I I think a lot of people will say, oh, it's okay to have an inspiration, but you need to put your own twist. It's like, okay, fair. But just get started. And if you're copying it first and, like, you're naturally your own twist is gonna develop, but you have to just, like, not be so scared and not be so paralyzed. Anything that gets you out the gate Correct. Is better than nothing. Correct. I also feel like Congrats. That's amazing. £90. And, like, that that's the summer shredding. The that's actually my my right now.

Oh my god. Imagine doing a live podcast. No. I talk on this microphone as if no one's here, and then my dad calls me and he's like, why'd you say that about me? And I'm like, oh, you didn't forget. Right? Yeah. That's like my my mom actually didn't realize because I grew up very sheltered. Right? She didn't realize that I drank alcohol till she watched a YouTube q and a. And she's, like, you mentioned that you drink whiskey. And I was, like, yeah. I love whiskey. You love whiskey. I was gonna bring you whiskey today. I should have. But we need to work out, so it's fine. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We'll we'll we'll work out. We'll do it another time because you're in Texas now. So I'm expecting you to come to Houston. Okay. I'm in my gin martini era right now. Gin martini. What's a gin martini? It I guess, just a martini with gin. I'm acting like I know. I have no idea. Gin martini. I don't think I've ever had gin. With olive juice. I know you're a whiskey girl. Yeah. But I'll try a I'll try a gin martini. Next time we get together, we're drinking. Okay. I'll I'll give you my favorite whiskey and then you give me your favorite gin martini. This sounds like a YouTube video. Yeah. Like a tipsy q and a. Okay. I wouldn't imagine. Wellness, but we'll take a shot or 2. We'll have a little fun. I feel like cereal is one of those comfort foods or snacks that we all love from childhood, but so many of them are not the healthiest. And that's where I found Magic Spoon. I absolutely love Magic Spoon. I think it's so freaking delicious. They have a variety pack of flavors, cocoa, fruity, frosted, and peanut butter. What I love more is the fact that they have 0 grams of sugar, 13 to 14 grams of protein, which is amazing, and 4 to 5 grams of net carbs. Only a 140 calories per serving. So I love the fact that it's high protein, a great snack to keep you full, 0 grams of sugar. It's keto friendly, gluten free, grain free, and soy free. I really love the cocoa. I actually have it after dinner sometimes as my little, like
